2. Advanced Math Domain

The Advanced Math Domain starts on page 229 of the Digital SAT Study Guide and runs through page 269.

What It's About

While the Algebra Domain is mostly about linear algebra, the Advanced Math Domain is about more complicated questions. With these questions, you'll see polynomials and be required to add, subtract, multiply, and factor them. You'll also be required to work with exponents, radicals, quadratic equations, and absolute values. You may also be asked to solve a system of equations in which one equation is linear and another is nonlinear—for instance, determine how many times a specific line crosses a specific parabola.

Once you've completed that portion, turn to the Advanced Math Drills document. Do those practice problems slowly and carefully. The answers appear at the end of the document.
